Dr. Devan is a former senior executive with the World Bank and McKinsey, and was also the Head of NEOM’s Strategy & Economic Development Office where he was instrumental in shaping the Kingdom’s revolutionary “smart city” utilizing the best socio-economic principals to develop over 12 economic sectors.
